Sarah Granville
Sarah Granville’s background is largely in architecture; drawing, and a strong sense of form underpin her work. The paintings and prints explore resilience and frailty in the built form, transience, and a broader engagement with the natural environment.
She works in water based and oil mediums, and in printmaking combines traditional and contemporary forms of intaglio and relief print, monotype and collagraph.
Exhibitions include the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Wells Art Contemporary, the Royal Society of British Artists and the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours. She is an Associate Member of the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers, exhibiting at Bankside Gallery.
