Sarah Granville

Sarah Granville’s background is largely in architecture; drawing, and a strong sense of form underpin her work. The paintings and prints explore resilience and frailty in the built form, transience, and a broader engagement with the natural environment.

She works in water based and oil mediums, and in printmaking combines traditional and contemporary forms of intaglio and relief print, monotype and collagraph.

Her work has most recently been exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Chelsea Arts Society, the Royal Society of British Artists and the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers.
